CASE STUDIES

IT'S AS EASY AS A, C, B.

Who says the alphabet has to be in the right order?

Every project starts with a challenge, but the solution isn't always where you'd expect to find it. CharlieBravo's approach is to Assess what's in front of us - the challenge, the opportunity and what's missing. Connect the insights, influences and ideas that can unlock a better way forward. Then Build the solution, applying the hands-on experience needed to turn the thinking into something tangible.

The case studies below show A, C, B in action: the challenge we assessed, the connections that shaped the thinking, and what we ultimately built.

Sometimes the best solution comes from putting things in a different order.

UNITED COLLEGES GROUP

United Colleges Group operates two college properties across multiple sites in London: City of Westminster College and College of North West London.

They wanted to develop a corporate branding hierarchy that would create consistency across the college group — unifying the overall offering while allowing each college to retain its own distinct identity.

Each college serves its own communities and areas of learning, but the overall brand had to remain true to United Colleges Group's core ideologies. While each college property had its own identity — shaped by its location, history and credentials — it also needed to demonstrate the future-focused, collaborative role of United Colleges Group in bringing them together.

LUCKY ARC - MERMATES

Lucky Arc is a successful plush manufacturer based in Nanjing, China. Their objective was to evolve from a B2B plush manufacturer toward a more integrated model encompassing proprietary, OEM and brand-led properties. They needed assistance in developing a range of products which could be presented either as standalone brands, or integrating the products as part of a licensing exercise. Initial inspiration came from available quality materials, and the growing demand that Lucky Arc saw as a manufacturer of these type of products. Very early prototypes of Animermaids, the flagship line, were assessed and benchmarked for development.
